I've been comfort eating all week, baked cakes, baked rhubarb crumble. Have done no exercise but have been careful what I have eaten. Didn't even have biscuits at mum in laws today! Have ought good snacks like olives, feta cheese, peanut butter. Just a little gets rid of choclate cravings!! Will see what happens next week. Although I know where I have to make changes.
